Yesterdays fitness was probably one of the worsts, truthfully i felt it was organized that well and the time period was too short. The first 8 minutes were a mess, since we had to run to a station on the opposite side from where we were and do the exercise all within 1 minute, it felt pointless to do the station because we would only have about 45-20 seconds ro do an exersise, and most of our energy went into running or sprinting to the next station. The following 8 minutes were better because mr Vaughan told us we no longer need to run that much only twice, instead we gould rotate clockwise. I also delt that the groups we were put in were not helpful, i was put with grade 8 boys who had no motavation whatsoever. I tried myself to keep going because i had neeha and seray but it was difficult to keep up my motavation. Overall i disliked yesterdays fitness and wish we could've done a fitness activity which could make me feel more useful and less exhausted when we got to the next station.
I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you think all the substitute teachers had something to do with it? What does that make you think about the
ReplyDeletereason" the classes in general are doing fitness? Now that it's over did you do anything to modify other than Vaughan's suggestion? Did it work?
